What a delightful movie!  It was interesting that there was not a rush to the door at the end of the movie.  I did have an appointment to make and was the first to get up.  After I got up, others also did.  A man commented to me "party pooper".

I heard a daughter telling her elderly mom that the movie was fantastic.  I felt compassion for the mom.  I invited her to see the movie with me.  She was so excited.  No one asks her to go to the movies with them.

Interesting, it happened again, no one got up as soon as the movie ended.

This will be a new habit in my life - to take a lonely person to the movies if there is a good one showing. I am sure this woman's eyes are not that great and the large screen is so much better than the TV screen.

I saw Mama Mia on broadway a few years ago, it was great! I will put the movie on my netflix list.
I know what you mean Aila, I took my aunt who hasn't left her house in 10 years, to see "The king and I" on broadway on her 75th birthday when Marie Osmond was in it, and she loved it! I took her to Arthur's Landing for dinner first, then we took the ferry over; its nice after dark. It made me feel good that she had at least one great night out before she died a year after.

Good Morning Jane,

Please, please, please, see it on the big screen!
Important. Then buy the DVD to see the parts cut out and as for a pick-me-up. That is what I am planning to do.

My friend in Melbourne Fla. called me last night. She also went to see it and said the audience did not get up for quite a while after it was over. Amazing.

Look for something special to happen this week.

Hugs, Aili

Hi Daniel,

It sure has been an interesting summer. So many people looking at life in a different way.

Happy trails! Yes, thinking about that. I also thought of the path I have chosen in life. When you wrote trails, I looked at my path no longer as not walked on before but as a well worn trail, many people have walked on it before. So many good people walked on it, there are some small side paths branching off of it but they all lead back to the "trail". All of them learning experiences, enriching the path.

I like your son. It is so good to see a happy child. It looks like he has a healthy curiosity.

Enjoy the day, Aili

I just enjoy being here on Earth - in the good times and even the not so good times. My path is to help people to understand that it is all right for everything not to be all right - and how to take care of things.Angel, the poodle, and Ruby, the cat are great teachers, as you can see from the picture. After all, they both accept humans, just as we are!
