After watching shocks video about the crisis in the holyland I was enlightened and reminded about another video I once saw.

Friends,

I do not sympathize with Hamas and their radical ideologies. They deserved to be punished and Israel had the right to take action.

However, at the same time I want to say that the Israeli's should have conducted themselves with a little more grace. Instead they delivered a blitzkreig of their own to please the ghosts of our planets horrible past.

Also that the US is a strong allie of Israel and whatever they do makes the arab world more angry. We were attaked on 911 because of our alligence to Israel. One of two things need to happen if we are ever going to solve the middle east crisis:

1. We break our strong alliance with Isreal and let them go on exterminating the palestinians.

2. Israel somehow finds peace.

If the video doesn't work here is the link. It was made by a dutch politician and is very good.

Israeli ground troops and tanks cut swaths through the Gaza Strip early Sunday, dividing the coastal territory into three parts and surrounding its biggest city.

Since the Israeli offensive began on Dec. 27, more than 500 Palestinians have, including including about 100 women and children, have been killed in the week-long military operation, and 2,600 Palestinians have been injured. At least three Israeli civilians and two soldiers have been killed in the same period.

This isn't a military conflict; it's a massacre.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said Sunday that the situation has become "unbearable" and described the Isreali ground offensive as "brutal aggression."

TV footage showed Israeli troops with night-vision goggles and camouflage face paint marching in single file. Artillery barrages preceded their advance, and they moved through fields and orchards following bomb-sniffing dogs

Israeli leaders said the ground operation, known as Cast Lead, was meant to quell militant rocket and mortar fire on southern Israel.

Palestinian medics and doctors said 23 Palestinians have been killed — three Hamas fighters and the rest civilians.

The Isaeli military reported 30 troops were wounded, two seriously.

In his first public comments since the ground operation was launched, Isaeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Sunday that the invasion was unavoidable and that his government exhausted all other options before approving the operation.

"You entered like rats"

"You entered like rats," Hamas spokesman Ismail Radwan told Israeli soldiers in a statement on Hamas' Al Aqsa TV.

Defense Minister Ehud Barak explained in a nationally televised address late Saturday. "We do not seek war but we will not abandon our citizens to the ongoing Hamas attacks."

The ground operation is the second phase in an offensive that began as a weeklong aerial onslaught aimed at halting Hamas rocket fire that has reached deeper and deeper into Israel.

Rocket fire has persisted, however, and several rockets fell in Israel on Sunday morning, causing no casualties.

Humanitarian crisis

"There is a humanitarian crisis. It's impossible to say how many innocent women, innocent children and innocent babies are being caught up in this conflict, who are being maimed and killed," said Chris Gunness, a United Nations spokesman. "This offensive must stop."

The BBC's Rushdi Abu Alouf in Gaza City says the fighting and Israeli positions have stopped desperately needed medical supplies getting through to hospitals that are struggling to cope with the casualties.

The Israeli government says 400 truckloads of humanitarian aid has been allowed into Gaza since the operation began. Many agencies say deliveries have been insufficient, and that it is difficult to get supplies to where they are most needed.

The aid agency Oxfam said a paramedic working for a partner organisation had been killed and two others injured by an Israeli shell.

Denunciations also came from the French government, and form Egypt.

But the U.S. put the blame squarely on Hamas. At an emergency consultation of the U.N. Security Council on Saturday night, the U.S. blocked approval of a statement demanded by Arab countries calling for an immediate cease-fire.

NYC Mayor Bloomberg and police chief Kelly fly to Israel to show their support

Israeli war crimes

The official Iranian news agency claimed that members of the nation’s small Jewish community staged a protest in Tehran to protest “Israeli war crimes and the slaughter of the innocent people in Gaza Strip.”

In a speech on Tuesday, Mara-Sedq, a Jewish representative in the Iran parliament, “expressed shock” over the “savage acts” perpetrated by the Tel Aviv regime, according to the Jerusalem Post.

He also reportedly said he hoped all “peace-loving nations” would support the “defenseless Palestinian people” and make Israel “stop the genocide in the region by exerting pressure on Tel Aviv.”

Also in Iran, a judiciary official said Iran has set up a court to try Israel for its attacks on Gaza.

There is a national emergency, martial law is declared, the Constitution is set aside, you and I have NO civil rights according to the government. You are now caught between a rock and a hard place as the threat of a socialist theocracy looms overhead. The government calls for the citizens to turn in their weapons, and Obama's citizen army is going door to door to seize firearms from law abiding American's!

YouTube censors have removed several videos showing footage of air strikes and other attacks on Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip which were posted by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on its new YouTube channel.

"We are saddened that YouTube has taken down some of our exclusive footage showing the IDF's operational success in operation Cast Lead against Hamas extremists in the Gaza Strip," the IDF spokesman's office said.

In the "about me" section of the IDF spokesmans YouTube channel it says,

"The IDF Spokesperson's Unit is the Israel Defense Forces' professional body responsible for media and public relations in Israel and around the world. This is our new site that will help us do so.

We.... will continue to update this site with documentation of the IDF's humane action and operational success in operation "Cast Lead."

YouTube routinely removes videos which are judged to violate its Terms of Use policies.

One of the videos removed from the IDF channel was reportedly a clip showing a group of suspected Hamas militants being blown up in an air strike as they loaded missiles onto a truck.

"As the state of Israel again faces those who would see it destroyed, it is imperative that we in the IDF show the world the inhumanity directed against us and our efforts to stop it," ithe spokesmans's office said.

The channel has over 2000 subscribers and hosts 22 videos, some of which have been viewed more than 20,000 times.

One video shows what is described as a Hamas patrol boat being destroyed by a rocket fired from an Israeli naval vessel.

Since the massive aerial attack was unleashed on Saturday, at least 373 Palestinians, including 39 children, have been killed and 1720 wounded, according to Gaza medics.(old data)

Four days of intensive Israeli bombardment have killed several senior Hamas officials and reduced much of the Islamist movement's infrastructure in Gaza to rubble, but have failed to stop rocket fire into Israel.

The United States military has similar Youtube channels. DVIDS(Digital Video Imagery Distribution System) "is a state-of-the-art, 24/7 operation that provides a timely, accurate and reliable connection between the media around the world and the military serving in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain."

The channel features videos like WWE wrestlers entertaining coalition troops in bagdad

and holiday greatings.

Fellow Patriots,

I just wanted to wish everyone a happy and safe New Years!  Next year, we will see liberty rise as we continue to battle against those that break the law, our Constitution.  We will see patriots who are fed up with the growth of big government that destroys our freedoms and way of life, stand up and get organized under the  Campaign for Liberty.  Next year, we will see patriots throughout the land, talking and visiting their neighbors, giving CFL(campaign for liberty) literature and educating them on the true and original American way of life.  We will see citizens throughout the state fight against the Real-ID and move towards competing currencies and abolishing the Federal Reserve.  We will see many suffer through a harsh economic climate.  We will see many ups and many downs. But, we will see patriots persevere and rise against the propaganda towards big government and socialism that will lead to inflation and the spread of poverty.  We will be strong, and we, the people, will bring back our country and once again be proud to be Americans.

We will Win.

27 December 2008

The following is an exclusive Press TV interview with US congressman Ron Paul, a unique conservative politician who wants an end to US military presence on foreign soil, advocates US withdrawal from the UN, NATO and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and opposes the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Ron Paul, House representative of the 14th district of Texas, believes that US foreign policy must be reformed to avoid conflicts around the world.

Press TV: Dr. Paul, thank you for joining us. Let's start with foreign policy. How do you think the new administration will handle the war in Iraq?

Paul: The same way the old administration had. I don't think expect a whole lot of changes although he [US President-elect Barack Obama] had promised to bring the troops home in 16 months, now he isn't out on this because of the so-called agreement.

But I don't think he was ever serious about changing foreign policy. I think foreign policy in this country always stays the same whether the Republicans or Democrats lead it, because when you look at what George Bush ran on in the year 2000, he was strongly critical of Clinton's foreign policy of too much nation building and too much policing of the world, because the American people liked to hear that. But once they get in they do same thing.

So, I don't expect much change in Iraq. At the same time, he doesn't even pretend to have a difference of opinion on Afghanistan. So it isn't so much the individual countries, what he's going to do, as much as he overall endorses foreign interventionism.

And it is just of a matter of how fast you move and which leaders you have but essentially he picked all the leaders John McCain loves. The neocons love the foreign policy group that he has put together. So it is just a matter of time before the Democrat base that did not want him to continue the Bush-McCain policies... they are going to get pretty upset I think pretty soon.

Israeli jets have attacked the Gaza Strip for a fourth day, with raids on a number of Hamas government buildings and security installations.

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has called for an immediate ceasefire and condemned both Israel and Hamas.

About 320 Palestinians have died since Saturday, the UN says. Four Israelis have been killed by rockets from Gaza.

While recognising Israel's right to defend itself from militant rocket attacks, Mr Ban condemned its "excessive use of force".

Obama, who is vacationing in Hawaii, continues to closely monitor global events, including the situation in Gaza.

Obama had an intelligence briefing Sunday and was in contact with President Bush and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, who issued a statement on Saturday condemning "the repeated rocket and mortar attacks against Israel and holds Hamas responsible for breaking the ceasefire and for the renewal of violence in Gaza." She also said the U.S. "calls on all concerned to address the urgent humanitarian needs of the innocent people of Gaza."

Arab nations around the region have condemned the Israeli action. Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni said her country has no plans to reoccupy Gaza, but would not discuss a possible ground offensive.

Axelrod, a top presidential campaign official who is moving into Obama's White House inner circle, acknowledged that the United States has had a "special relationship" with Israel, calling it an "important bond, an important relationship."

Obama is "going to work closely with the Israelis. They're a great ally of ours, the most important ally in the region," Axelrod said

Secretary of State-designate Hillary Clinton has also been staying informed on the situation. As first lady, Clinton visited Gaza in 1998. Since becoming a New York senator, she has demonstrated firm support for Israel. Clinton's viewpoint is unlikely to differ much from Obama's.

Republican Tennessee Sen. Bob Corker is concerned about the conflict, "Our hearts and prayers go out to people on both sides, and certainly especially the civilians who have been harmed in the Gaza area. But mostly, it's been confined to people who are part of the security forces for Hamas, and certainly all of us want to see an end to this conflict and some long-term peace settlement actually occur there."

Don't Do Anything Illegal

"Illegal acts" are those which are prohibited by official rules or law. They are the product of rulers, legislative bodies and judges. They are usually written down in law codes. In a well-ordered society, these are published and made known generally, In a cloudy, and often crime-ridden society, one has to consult an attorney or be specially trained to now them all: such a society will tell one that "ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law."

Any member of society, however, has a reponsibility, whether young or old, for knowing what that society considers to be an "illegal act." People can be asked, libraries exist where they can be looked up.

An "illegal act" is not disobedience to some casual order like "go to bed." It is an action, which if done, can result in punishment by the courts and state.

When one does something illegal, small or large, one is laid open to an attack by the state. It does not matter whether one is caught or not, when one does an illegal act, one has weakened one's defenses.

Almost any worthwhile thing one is trying to accomplish often can be done in perfectly legal ways. The "illegal" route is a dangerous and time-wasting shortcut. Imagined "advantages" in committing illegal acts usually turn out not to be worth it.

The state and goverment tends to be a rather unthinking machine. It exists and works on laws and codes of laws. It is geared to strike down through its channels at illegality. As such it can be an implacable enemy, adamant on the subject of "illegal acts." The rightness and wrongness of things do not count in the face of laws and codes of laws. Only the laws count.

When you realize or discover that those about you are committing "illegal acts," you should do what you can to discourage it. You yourself, not even a party to it, can yet suffer because of it. The firm's accountant falsifies the books: in any resulting commotion, the firm could fail and you could lose your job. Such instances can grossly affect one's own survival.

As a member of any group subject to laws, encourage the clear-cut publication of those laws so they can be known. Support any legal political effort to reduce, clarify and codify the laws that apply to that group. Adhere to the principle that all men are equal unde law, a principle which, in it's own time and place was one of the greatest social advances in human history and should not be lost sight of.

See that children and people become informed of what is "legal" and what is "illegal" and make it known, if by as little as a frown, that you do not approve of "illegal acts."

Those who commit them, even when they "get away with them," are yet weakened before the might of the state.

Long ago there was a land inhabited by people of many different religions. They wanted to create a goverment but couldn't agree on a set of morals to base the laws upon. After much debate and compromise they came up with this:

Morality required no divine sanction or inspiration, no appeal beyond reason and nature, perhaps not even the hope of heaven or the fear of hell.

I. Temperance. Eat not to dullness; drink not to elevation.

II. Silence. Speak not but what may benifit others or yourself, avoid trifling conversation.

III. Order. Let all your things have their places; let each part of your buisness have its time.

IV. Resolution. Resolve to perform what you ought; perform without fail what you resolve.

V. Frugality. make no expense but to do good to others or yourself, waste nothing.

VI. Industry. Lose no time, be always employed in somehting useful; cut of all unnecessary actions.

VII. Sincerity. Use n hurful deceit, think innocently and justly, and, if you speak, speak according.

VIII. Justice. Wrong none by doing injuries, or omitting the benifits that are your duty.

IX. Moderation. Avoid extremes; forbear resenting unjuries so much as you think they deserve.

X. Cleanliness. Tolerate no uncleanliness in body, clothes, or habituation.

XI. Tranquility. Be not disturbed at trifles, or at accidents common or unavoidable.

XII. Chastity. Rarely use venery but for health of offspring, never to dullness, weakness, or the injury of your own or anothers peace or reputation.

XIII. Humility. Imitate Jesus and Socrates.

Whosoever therefore shall break one of the least of these comandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven.

I shall need the favor of that being in whose hands we are, who led our fathers from their native lands and planted them in a country flowing with all the comforts of life.

Who has covered our infany with his providence and our riper years with his wisdom. He will so enlighten the minds of your servants, guide their councils, and prosper their measures that watsoever they do shall result in your good, and shall secure to you the peace, friendship and approbation of all nations.

Neithor do men light a lamp and put it under a bushel, but on a lampstand; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. let your light so shine.

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst.

By the sweat of your face shall you get bread to eat, until you return to the ground, from which you were taken; For you are dirt.

If you do well, you can hold up your head; but if not, sin is a deamon lurking.

Rejoice, and be glad: for great is your reward in heaven.

But woe unto you that are rich! For ye have recieved your consolation.

The lamp of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be sound, thy whole body shall be full of light.

If thine eye be not sound, thy whole body shall be full of darkness.

Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow, they toil not, neither do they spin.

Seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opend unto you.

For wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruciton. But strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Beware of false prophets; inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Every good tree bringeth forth good fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit.

Whosoever heareth these sayings shall be a wise man, which built his house upon a rock.

The following is an actual question given on a Washington University chemistry mid-term.

Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)?

Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant.

One student, however, wrote the following:

First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong t more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added.

This gives two possibilities:

1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.
2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over.

So which is it?

If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, "It will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you," and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night,

then number two must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over. The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct......leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting "Oh my God."

Wind was blowing the snow almost horizontally and almost completly drowned out the sound of snow machine racers speeding along the river. About one foot of snow had accumulated on the river bank burrying our only life line, the fire pit.

"How are we going to start a fire in this frozen tundra?!" Three high-school chums were out and battleing mother natures assult of solid precipitation.

"Spread out," One of them shouted. Another began to climb a tree and speak with a british accent like Bear Grills of discovery channel's Man vs Wild.

"You see many people think it is impossible to start a fire in a snowstorm. All You've really got to do is find some dry wood, have a spark, and you'll be drying out your socks in no time t'all.... Sometimes it helps to climb a tree and look for dead branches that haven't fallen to the ground. Aha! Heres one."

The branch was putting up a fight. It did not want to be unlodged from its canopy tomb.

SNAP! The tree limb broke free and came tumbling to the groud along with its attaking lumberjack. Both were swallowed up by the snow provoking laughter from the onlookers.

With the fire ablaze and three labbat blue lights drunk our squatters took to the ice covered river. "Whoever can walk out the farthest without breaking the ice wins." The game is suspensful and dangerous, probubly both traits contributing to its success. You have to shuffle your feet as if you are ice skating. Also it helps to be on the alert for the cracking sound. it also helps if you know that the water isn't more than a foot deep. You can drive an ATV about 100 feet into the river with no problem. Once one of their feet broke through and became soaked with ice cold water the daredevils yielded the competiton.

It was approximately 12:30am on Christmas eve and five alcoholic beverages were taking their tole. "I'm sick of this fire." One of the three hopped on a snowmobile and took off over the hill through a snow covered field. It looked like the alaskan wilderness! "He always leaves us behind like that." About 80 yards into the distance a house could barely be seen through the snowfall.

"Thank God we weren't really in the wilderness. Now lets microwave some of that venisen chili. Mmmmmhmm, venisen chili is the tastiest treat so appropriate for christmas eve."

The elder made his way down the stairs,

"I thought I smelled chili. How do you like it? Here put some of my homemade hot sauce in there. It will warm you up. Yup I got that buck about three weeks ago. It tastes pretty good in chili. You can make deer steaks, dear burgers, deer balls; you know meat balls. What I really like is to bunch the meat up in little cubes, fry it, stick a toothpick in and serve it as appetizers."

A quiet relaxing christmas celebration is most often the best. Forget about the shopping and all the gifts, the magic and the miricle of christ. Forget the tree and all the pretty lights. Christmas is about snow, chili, and taking a breath.

The architects of our nation envisioned enhanced freedom and a limited government for the citizens of our nation. Under an Obama Administration and a Pelosi-Reid led Congress, the original vision of our nation is at risk. That’s why it is essential that Americans unite to fight for the preservation of our rights and freedoms.
