Old age is like a bank account. You withdraw what you have deposited along the way.

What have you deposited?   What are you depositing?

Don't be sorry, that you are not depositing much.

Simply guidelines to happiness:   Free your heart from hate; Free your mind from worry; Live a simple life;Give; Expect Nothing.

rocky, I saw your comment and it touched me. What she feels, or what you might be thinking, isn't unusual. We can all have questions!.. but God wants to direct us to answers. I asked for truth, some 20 years ago and he gave me an answer within days.. lead me to where I found answers.
http://berean-church.org/catalog.html - they offer, at no charge, good, accurate Bible information. Please find a read the salvation statement.. if you don't have that correct, nothing else will make sense.
I will add you and your wife to my prayer list. Maybe God bless you and lead you to the answers you need.

Thank you. You mentioned the berean site when I first joined the group. I liked it and look at it and other sites like PTM (Plain Truth Ministries) which is real good. I tell my wife that i will keep praying that the Lord will show her the Truth. She has no problem with my saying that, and she has no problem that I Believe--it is just that we have a difference in our Relationship now, which leaves me sad.

The Berean site has wonderful, precise, accurate teachings, is why I mentioned it... and if you promise not to tell, I know them personally. lol In more honestly, this is where He directed me 20 some yr. ago.... I couldn't believe what I heard and got 'hungry' for more.
The majority of churches do not teach any more, but God wants us to KNOW the answers to questions. He does give them.
I'm not trying to push or bagger you ... you need say no more & I won't either... I just want you to know there are places that have good information. Tape/CD series are wonderful.

I am still cogitating about this info. I rather doubt if anything I say will change a heart or a life, but one never knows.
