Tired of being tied to your Xbox, just to play Guitar Hero? Now there's a Guitar Hero  mini-game widget that you can embed in your own blog or web page.

The widget, played with the keyboard, contains three different songs: "Cult of Personality" by Living Colour, "School's Out" by Alice Cooper, and "Metal Heavy Lady" by Lions. Each is set at only one difficulty level: Easy, Medium, and Hard, respectively.

Just use the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 keys as frets and the Enter button to strum.  Fun!

Good luck..... I did not do so good......

I have mixed feelings about Guitar hero....

I like the fact that it has the kids off the couch and adding a little physical workout into the interaction......

But I am concerned that it might take away from the interest to actually learn to play the Guitar.......

Will the Rockstars of the future play Guitar heroes...... lol

Geez, thanks Patrick. All I needed was another example of how inept I can be!

Thanks to you, now when I hear School's Out on KSHE instead of hearing Alice Cooper, in my mind will be my own horrible rendition.
