No question our televisions and newspapers are chalked full of bad news. Can you think of a time when they weren't?

But a group of liberal activists handed out 1.2 million copies of a spoof of The New York Times, dated July 4, 2009 that was filled with headlines including the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan had ended and global warming, health care spending and the economy's problems were on their way to being solved.

What's your take on it?
You can read the full article here.

Sound Off your thoughts. Nice to see good news? Or just meaningless propaganda?

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- Ford just announced a $129M third quarter loss and the news could be worse later in the day for General Motors.

But is federal aid on the way for the Big 3? Some think following a meeting between CEO's and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, an auto bailout could be in the works. Others say, not so fast my friend.

What do you think?
Will the Feds bail out the Big 3?
Can they survive without the money?

As FOX 2's Brad Edwards reported Monday, a Warren pizzeria is offering a free slice of pizza in exchange for a John McCain campaign sign.

Some area residents claim this is a blatant attempt to encourage the stealing of campaign signs, while the owner says it's a way for people to discard their McCain signs since the Republican presidential candidate pulled out of the Michigan race several weeks back.

What do you think?
A dirty trick, or a clever way to promote your business?

IRVING, Texas (AP) -- Roy Williams headed home to Texas on
Tuesday in the NFL's biggest trade before the deadline, giving the
struggling Dallas Cowboys another proven receiver opposite Terrell
Owens.

The winless Detroit Lions traded their unhappy 2004 first-round
pick and one-time Pro Bowler for three draft picks, from the first,
third and sixth round in 2009. Detroit also gave the Cowboys a
seventh-rounder next year.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said he struck the deal two minutes
before the NFL trade deadline.

"I'm more happy to be a Dallas Cowboy then when I got my first
bike," said Williams, an Odessa native who starred at the
University of Texas.
