In the Democratic party there has been a neck to neck race to see who will be the next person to run for President of The United States.

Much has and is being said for the fact that we have our first Black American and woman running for this ultimate of all offices!

If Barack Obama or Hillary Rodum Clinton win the Democratic nomination do you feel they should automatically choose the other to be their Vice Presidential running mate?

I personally believe they already have an agreement in place for the other to run along with them based on who ever wins.

If I was Barack Obama and I won the Democratic Nomination I would try as hard as I could to distance my self as far from Hillary Rodam Clinton as I could! The Clinton political machine comes with so much bagage I feel it could only throw a wrench into the gears of a normal Presidential administration.

i don't think either one of them would accept being the others running mate. One, because loosing the nomination would be too crushing to Hillary's ego, and she does not want to play second fiddle to anyone. Two, because there's a lot of bad blood stirring up between these two and I don't think Obama would stick around.

I think the most logical choice for VP is John Edwards again.

Hillary has 6 more years to screw around with New York and that gives you a lot of power in the Senate to push for Socialist ideas and she will not give that up. She knows a Vice really does nothing. Unless something happens to, I am not going to say anymore.

Bubba - you forget one small thing. While "Her Thighness" may have an additional 6 years in the Senate, that does not constitute doing anything in the Senate.

Her first 6 years have been "do-nothing" and I can't see her getting any more energetic in the second six years.

What we have here is a battle between the Chicago political machine and the Clinton political machine. Clintons misunderestamated the power the Chicago machine has on national politics.

kdubken - obviously the Dems don't learn from history so they are bound to repeat their errors. The 1968 Democratic convention in Chicago to be specific.

My prediction is that Hillary is working on things to blackmail the Super Delegates and will try and steal the nomination at the convention. I can't wait!

Don't forget Mich and florida. Can the democratic party really afford to say those 2 states don't get their votes counted this time.

The votes in Florida and in michigan will not count for the Democrates! There was a signed agreement before the elections between all parties!

Since when has an agreement before the fact ever meant anything to the Clintons?

The two of them on one ticket is a media hype, something to imagine, while they find real news to project their wisdom (?) on. Besides if Hillary is elected Bill would be VP to a country strewn with 150,000,000 suicides. Just shoot me.LOL

Im a Emergency Medical Technician and in the last year I worked to pass a law to make it mandatory for all ambulances in the State of Michigan to carry Heart Defibrillators!!! In 2005 only around 20% of private ambulances carried them!!! Because I passed the law several organizations have me on a job black list and will not hire me!!! It doesnt matter because I recently became an EMT to save lives and by having Defibrillators on all ambulances many lives will be saved!!! In my spare time I also collect unusual antique stuff and I have a large Faygo collection dating back to 1921!!!
